We are looking for energetic field sales professionals who can build long-term B2B relationships and grow repeat monthly business across Chennai.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit 5–8 potential or existing clients daily across Chennai
  • Generate new B2B leads and onboard clients
  • Build relationships with retailers, clinics, cafés, restaurants, hotels, resorts, and distributors
  • Present products, pricing, and business opportunities professionally
  • Ensure repeat monthly orders and account growth
  • Track client requirements and follow up consistently
  • Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
  • Maintain basic reporting of visits and sales activity

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 2–4 years of experience in:
    • FMCG sales
    • Pharma / medical representative sales
    • HoReCa sales
    • Food ingredient or distributor sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in both Tamil and English (mandatory)
  • Comfortable with daily field travel
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Ability to build strong client relationships
